Each booth purchased will include the following:
8x10 booth in the exhibit hall (locations are selected on a first come/first serve basis)
1 full conference registration (includes all workshops, lunch on Tuesday & Wednesday, and the Awards Banquet)

Early Departure Fee: Early departure fee will be charged for guests who depart earlier than the date stated on their reservation.
Pre/Post Conference Rates: The special convention guest room rates will apply three (3) days before and three (3) days after the official dates of our meeting on a rate and space availability basis.

Cancellation Policies:
Exhibit booth policy: cancellations for exhibit booths cannot be made after (date to be determined).
Ticket/registration policy: User-initiated cancellations without penalty can be made online prior to April 5th, 2024. After this date, registered attendees unable to attend due to special circumstances must submit a detailed written request to CSDA for refund consideration by April 19th, 2024.
COVID-19 Policy: As part of our commitment to safety, all attendees of in-person meetings and events shall adhere to all local, state, and federal Covid-19 protocol guidance in effect at the time of the meeting or event.
If you purchase an exhibit booth, please don't forget to register for your one included under the "Exhibit Booth Registration" ticket and the "Floor Pass Registration ticket for the 2 included floor passes.
