ANALYST III

Under general direction of the Impact Officer (Supervisor II), the incumbent supports the work of the Office of Impact with program leadership, staff, and key stake holders to create engagement in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The incumbent works with Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) divisional staff and local child support agencies (LCSAs) to develop DEI equity plans. The incumbent works closely with the Impact Officer to identify and develop DCSS DEI goals and designing strategic plan initiatives to support these goals. The incumbent supports DCSS' efforts to expand department wide capacity to support DEI efforts including but not limited to development and delivery of training.
