Join us for the relaunch of CSDA's online education series! To kick off 2024, we are happy to announce CA DCSS Director David Kilgore will be joining us to discuss the following topics: 

• Upcoming program/legislative/procedural changes, i.e. 4007.5, SLMS, SB 343 FEM and how he perceives that these changes will impact our work.
• Forecasting additional changes, i.e. predictive analytics, using AI in the program, and any other changes to how we provide services.

David Kilgore is a proud graduate of the California State University at Northridge where he received his master’s degree in public administration and currently serves as Director for the California Department of Child Support Services. David has worked in the Child Support Program for 21 years with past service including director of the Riverside County DCSS, deputy director of operations and chief deputy director of the Los Angeles CSSD, deputy director of operations at the San Bernardino County DCSS and held several positions at the Tulare County DCSS including manager and staff services analyst. David is on the Board of Directors of the National Child Support Enforcement Association and was a past board member for the National Council of Child Support Directors. He has lectured on a variety of topics to state and county audiences. David’s hobbies include traveling, reading books, and all things electronic. After a long day of work, he relaxes by playing with his son and daughter Zev and Zoe, and their pup, Alphie.
