Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Personnel Analyst in the Employee Relations Section within the Human Resources Branch, is a journey level analyst who works with a high degree of independence performing the more responsible, varied and complex technical work of the Department’s labor relations and personnel management programs.
