Under general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor II (ITSUP II), the Information Technology Associate (ITA) independently performs client services and business technology management functions and performing daily asset management life cycle duties within the IT Asset Management Unit. The incumbent also participates in IT asset management projects impacting various program areas and involves planning, analyzing, coordinating, and configuring hardware and other related technology in the IT Asset Management Unit, Technology Service Desk Section, in the Infrastructure & Operations Branch, within the Technology Services Division (TSD).
