This is the managerial level. Under general direction of the Information Technology Manager II (ITM II), the Information Technology Manager I (ITM I) serves as the manager of the Technology Service Desk Section, in the Infrastructure and Operations Branch, within Technology Services Division (TSD). The incumbent manages staff participation in and oversight of Client and Business Technology services in support of end-users, client assets, and incident management.
