Under direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II (IT Sup II), the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) performs technical support and analysis work and/or participates with other specialists, associates, and analysts on a broad range of projects within the IT Service Management Unit, Technology Service Desk Section, Infrastructure & Operations Branch, within Technology Services Division (TSD).
